Ive had walnut bekgliks before and they were so good. Desserts and sweet pastries never let me down.
There's an Argentinan bakery near me and they do a lot of fusion pastries. They had bekgliks with a fruit fillings like passion fruit paste filling so good. I wish they would bring it back on the menu.

except the cold gelatinized soup jelly, I would eat all of these.
Unless you allow me to heat it up so it can return to a soup.

Cabbage rolls never disappoint me but never had töltött káposzta.

🧜‍♀️ I was like yes, we have the fish talk, so we need Nina here.
I’m not a big fan of bejgli. My grandma made really good ones with walnuts and poppy seeds, our American relatives loved it. Since she is not with us anymore, we don’t make it. Sometimes my mom buys ones from the store, but they are just meh compared to the hand-made real ones. Lately, the chestnut filling is also popular.
The fusion version with passion fruit paste filling sounds really good. I love passion fruit soooo much.
Ah, kocsonya. The cold jelly.
Even Hungarians love it or hate it. No in-betweens. But honestly, we have much more weird and questionable food than this one. Anyway, if you heat it up, it’s called “húsleves” which translates to “meatsoup” and it’s also a traditional soup, especially loved during Sunday lunchtime, when families gather to eat, chat and have fun. So, you can have it as a soup.
Oh my, you write ‘töltött káposzta’ correctly, you can have my heart.

Yeah, the desserts are really good. But I need to confess that I like all the food in this video Maybe, one day I will make a thread about all the weird and khm interesting Hungarian food, because we have some.
