Then how's it going?

So far, I'm doing great. I came across a video that talked about setting not just goals, but anti-goals (e.g. I want to spend less money (goal), but I don't want to feel bad about spending money when it involves going out with my friends, because community is very important to me (anti-goal)). And I think the idea of that has been helpful, because you're establishing that it's not a failure when a higher priority to you came into play.

Also, if you've already messed up, you can start over and over again, actually, and it's fine.

I just found out about personal curriculums. Basically setting specific time blocks for your goals. I am making one for crocheting and learning a new language

I'm measuring my computer time by logging it on a spreadsheet, so my computer addiction management is going well... but my patience is a whole other story. lol I've already lost my patience today more times than I can count on both hands. lol

Getting everything tracked is a good start, though! Be kind to yourself, change is hard.

I honestly don't have any goals set for the year. I never really stick with resolutions so I just stopped bothering with them.

well I have been constantly sick since 2024, so my main priority rn is getting healthy again.

I want that for you too. Health is so easy to forget about, as in, when everything's feeling fine, it's easy to take for granted, and then sucks every minute when everything's not there like that anymore.

To be less forgiving and no tolerance for anything that annoys me. I'll straight up say it no matter what. Also will be actively hunting down deepfake stuff and report everything and everyone. I have reached my limit with the filth people say and how women are objectified, so I will do my part and fight it this year.

You know, that's so hella cool. I'm trying to have more of a "just believe them when they show you who they are" attitude. Ain't nobody got time for constantly engaging with bad faith actors.
