This was forever ago but Tablo springs to mind as well as anyone who has been in a major "dating scandal" but Kang Daniel especially. Hope to never see a hate train on that level again

to me there is a difference between hate and mere criticism

Like Seungri is like one of the most hated people in kpop but I don't know seungri - I don't like him as a person based on what I know of him but I cannot say I hate him

I would say that depends on the crime and the amount of effort he's put into bettering himself.
