of course it's a thing...as the self appointed username Tzar I hold immerse powers to keep in check those that would seek to willy-nilly change their username and disrupt the peace and harmony that is KPS

But alas I am merely human and cannot be everywhere at once and thus there are certain individuals on KPS who would rat out politely inform users of their...."obligations" to NOT change their username and if it cannot be done at very least inform yours truly. Those individuals are truly the unsung heroes of KPS and thus I deputise them as Deputy Username Tzars!!!
