You’re just minding your own business when suddenly a strange feeling washes over you. Suddenly, everything that just happened right before that moment, even just seconds ago, feels detached and dreamlike, as though it happened in the distant past rather than a minute ago.

I‘m actually still figuring out on my end how often I get that but I estimate a couple times a year at most. But from my understanding it can happen much more often. It’s an interesting phenomenon so I’m curious how it works for other people
