Probably the fact im autistic. There is no cure, it's here to stay, and that's how I want it to be. It's not al, sunshine and rainbows but damn I don't think I'd recognize myself if there was a me out there with no autism cuz that would realistically mean I wouldn't be on this forum, I would've never met my girlfriend and bonded with her the way I do, I would've never got interested in being involved with music, etc etc.

You know, aside from the sensory issues that I would very much prefer to live without, I feel this way too! Without it I might've never have ended up with some of my favorite hobbies/hyperfixations and wouldn't have ever met a lot of my friends

Being able to come to terms with my very visible problems regarding my weight obsession. yes i know its there but most times i will not acknowledge it unless it goes too far (not eating any meals for 2 or more days, or working out but not eating sufficient meals to keep me alive and well) but i think ive been managing it well?
