I personally dislike being asked questions on my orientation and gender preference in dating. I live in a red state so I sort of assume it to immediately be interrogation unless proven otherwise. I also don't like being asked things like "Why do you wear makeup you're so pretty already?" Like omg maybe I just like how it looks bro

I hate how it's normalized to open a conversation with "So what do you do for a living?", I don't like to define myself by what my job is and it's basically like asking my financial status before engaging with me - that's not the angle I want you to come from the first time we meet, whether I'm really well off or poor I don't want friends that make that factor into it.
If you're genuinely just interested in me and what I do you can ask what my passion in life is, what my interests are or a number of things outside of "So what do you do?".

It just always annoyed me, my job is not what I care about in life - it's just a way for me to make money just as it is for many others. Even if it was my passion and something I like to talk about I'd still consider it rude to ask someone you just met about it.

I hate when people asks me if I like school and they mean the place I am forced to be at partly because I had anger issues cause of my autism and adhd when I was 10 years old, it’s just me and an annoying teacher in a room. I HATE THAT PLACE! But I love my school when I am not in an room alone, when I am in my class and my favorite teacher I love school

ahhhhh ive had this situation happen plent of times, but i get anxious and say yes, or every friend the person has ever had is surrounding us and then i just feel bad for them, though i do admit its a bad trait to have especially with dating TT

but if its outside of school/work it make stuff easier just to say i dont like them back, unless were really really close
