Anyway, I don't hate CHACHAs as a fandom name, it's certainly not worse than the group name.

CHACHAs? Or just CHACHA? When it's plural it becomes a slang term for something else and I cannot un-think it because literally no one uses that term unless referring to it.

It's hard to tell until they start doing conversational interviews/talking with their fans... Some groups are VERY careful to never refer to their fans with a plural (DIA and their AID...). But of course, that doesn't stop fans from adding the s to indicate singular vs plural.
