I directly said the name of my country (Trinidad) to someone and somehow they kept getting it confused with the Bahamas, Jamaica, and Barbados all within the same conversation. How the fuck? Doesn't sound like it and doesn't even have the same color scheme 🥲

I've heard of the syrup but I never knew people thought you eat moose. I thought it was like universally agreed that the stereotypical Canada food was poutine but that is insane.

And this is specific because the FIFA World Cup is happening in a little over a month from now.

It’s about Europeans thinking that Americans don’t know about how the US is. And I referring to those specific people who think that they can walk to MetLife Stadium by foot (and no, I am not calling it by the other name).

And no, there is no physical way to do that
because on top of NJ summer heat, the stadium is surrounded by multiple major highways and the wetlands/swamp knows as the Meadowlands.

As someone who is familiar with the area, when somebody warns you that you can’t walk through I-95 to get to MetLife Stadium, it’s for a legitimate reason. You can get hurt or killed because these are busy highways that cars won’t stop for any reason. Also it’s technically illegal to walk around that area and also the swamps
