you do understand that communication is hard enough in person let alone on the internet where all forms of non-verbal communication (aka body language is missing) right? add to the fact that not everyone's first language is English

Users could change their name only at a certain interval, which was much longer than now, maybe 2-3 month? And one day Asa decided to lower it to 2 weeks, since then users change their names a lot more
