I actually never thought I would have to say this

But recently, I've noticed that my mental health isn't really going in the direction I'd like it to, and I've been trying to spend more time away from the screen

I will be here maybe once or twice at most, probably just enough to do my dailies and will come back the next day. I don't know how long this will last

Just thought I'd let you all know <3

btw I can totally relate to this. I have a computer addiction I'm working through with my therapist, and yeah sometimes, you just need to get away from the computer/phone for a while to take care of yourself.
