Sy is like see like with a hissing sound. And Z is like Zzzz like electricity

my question is even if you go for American English the Z in EZ will be pronounced Eee + Zee which causes the issue since EeeZee sounds dodgy lol
now if the letter Z in EZ doesn't have the trailing "ee" and comes to a short stop like the word Ease then it wouldn't be as problematic no?

Though I was also joking because normally people also pronounce easy as Eee Zee. I just made up the eee see as a way to differentiate the two lol

The internet really is a hard place for this type of discussion because it’s harder to show nuances in pronunciation. But for the record, where I’m from, easy and ez are pronounced the same.
