I used to much more than now

I played pokemon blue on the old "grey" gameboy for a long time and even managed to collect all 151 of the original pokemon
however within 1/2 hour of "catching 'em all" my cartridge got corrupted because the cable between my system and another gameboy got disconnected accidentally and all my progress got wiped!!!
from that day forth I never played pokemon ever again on a handheld device (I still play on ROMS though)

I used to watch the tv series all the way up to like episode 500 or so then stopped

I use to play the trading card game - I have a couple of 1st edition charizards somewhere (not sure of it's condition though) lol
and still have my old collection from back then and pick up some cards here and then for my kids to open

one of my first purchases when I returned to China after immigrating to Australia was a medium sized pikachu plushy which I still have to this day - it's lost his tail missing an eye and some of it's internal fur is leaking but I still have it lol
