The same producer just worked on KATSEYE's Hootie Fruttie, which might explain a lot.

Everything about this is very Lisa in that her songs are always saying that she's the baddest, the wealthiest, the hottest, so what's one more in that vein. But I don't think this would change anyone's opinion on her from her previous work.

Personally, I think the most impressive thing about Lisa is that her contributions to her own songs are somehow the worst parts.

Got scared I was in enemy territory for a bit here.

Jokes aside, I do agree that I wish Lisa at least tried to show slightly more depth in her song lyrics, like Jisoo and Rose at least try to do. Even if it's not profound, just something more than surface level. That being said, it's not the end of the world to me. I once saw a comment online that Lisa is a bit like an asain version of Tate McRae, and I can't unhear it ever since. They're both impressive dancers (well, when Lisa tries), have similar genres of music (but obviously not exactly the same) and try to have a relatable image (to a small degree, it only works so well when they're both so rich). Technically, it would be the other way around as Tate is younger and began her music career after BLACKPINK did, but hopefully you get my point.

As for this song, I liked it a lot. Not quite full on loved it, but maybe I will soon. I've already had it get stuck in my head. Sure, I don't remember most of the lyrics off the top of my head, but to me, it's catchy, fun, and does it's job. The music video also looks cool too.
