We want to let you know we will be switching the Batch Odds we use for the roulette to Deck Odds. Instead of generating batches, we will be generating decks. This change helps the staff side more than it does users. It won’t negatively effect how you pull roulette cards. You might see a greater chance of pulling from newer batches with this method since it’s evenly distributed, plus greater chance of pulling rares.

Card Roulette
Welcome to the roulette! This post will give you an overview of the current roulette system and rules. Firstly, each roulette has 2 days, Day 1 and Day 2. Day 1 starts when a member of the cards team announces that the roulette is open and is the day for entering cards. Day 2 is the day when you receive your new cards. These days will be covered in detail below.
Day 1:
Every other Saturday (in KST) a cards team member posts the opening of that weeks roulette and tags cards team and users. If on that day 0 KST has passed and there is no post, you may tag cards team to remind them, and cards team will respond by either opening it or explain why there hasn't been a post. After the opening off the roulette, you may enter 5 cards and request 1 Card of Choice.
Entries:
You may enter up to 5 cards in one roulette. Any card other than the anniversary card may be entered and each card counts as one entry regardless of the type of card (ie. entering a rare doesn't give you 2 card of choice entries/won't give you a higher chance of getting a rare). You may not trade or reroll any entered card. One of each card is allowed at most, so if another user enters a card you wanted to first, you will need to pick a new card.
Card of Choice:
You may pick one Korean common as a card of choice. Exceptions, such as in limited roulettes, will have the Card of Choice rules clearly stated during the opening post for that roulette. On day 2, 3 cards of choice will be picked at random and randomly be assigned between the participants.
Pending Trades:
If you have a trade pending for a card you have not received yet, please let us know and link the thread with the trade agreement as well as the post for the trade in the request a card trade thread. This will make things much easier for us.
Day 2:
On day 2, all the entered cards will be removed if they haven't been already. As stated before, the card of choice winners will be generated and handed their cards. The rest of the cards will be pulled from the Korean Decks, which will be generated based on the odds below. They will be handed out to users, and after everyone has gotten their cards the list of who got what will be posted in the roulette thread.

Also, it removes the hours of prep work for Cards Team which the old system required, and continued to grow with each new release.
