Usually it means broadcast date, I hv had this exact same issue when a broadcast station like KBS, SBS or MBC show a festival on korean tv n the clips hv the broadcast date(tho I assumed it is a festival, maybe not but during Chuseok I think) - i just shrug n put the broadcast date(even if a official fancam has a later date[upload date] or idk when the performance was!!

Yeah, I just like to give the correct date if possible as these broadcast dates might confuse fans thinking it's recent or on the day of posting lol.
I was already confused a lot too with Bae going from dark, red, brown, blonde hair in a span of a week when they were gonna have the comeback

Yeah sometimes the date on a clip is confusing; there's a more than one channel featuring this n im not sure the date is on the other channel but it's great this has so many fancams!!!

I nvr notice idols hair color changes(mostly cos I don't always watch comeback stages; I just post for daily LOL)
