There's this food called "Kway Teow Kia" that I love; it's flat rice noodles served with ingredients like toufu, boiled egg n slice lean pork; also innards which I dont like n never order for myself. (The ingredients r also served w/Kway Chap-a variation found in other parts of S.E.A.; only the noodles r different. If I lived in/grew up in Penang, I'd probably prefer/love just as much Fried Kway Teow-Penang style but outside Penang, it's not the same.)

And dutch mustard soup is THE BEST (also with pieces of bacon lol)

I am gonna go with my Thai side and say that our curries and mung bean desserts are to die for.
I've also had thai chilli sweets which were like rock candy in a way.
