Mine would be the smell of my stuffed unicorn, I was in a really anxiety inducing situation for a couple weeks so i would smell it to sort of ignore the outside and calm down just because it was familiar. Its a very specific smell, it smells like a stuffed animal would but for me i can tell the difference between it and other ones.

Fun random fact, smelling things is a very good way to fight off anxiety because it both keeps you grounded (reminds you of where you are and of the things around you) and also because it makes you breathe deeply
