With JYP you know for sure you'll be releasing something with your group or as a soloist throughout the year, with SM you get the luck of being in a very talented group with the best visuals and vocalists. But w/ YG you get the acclaim from the reviewers, the GP, stans. Plus your group will be very talented rappers and vocalists. All of the group will be visual goals (ie: BLACKPINK) but you'll be lucky if you'll even get a standalone title track released in the year.

JYP treats their artists the best out of the three, but with SM you're almost guaranteed to make it big and build a sizable fandom, though the company allegedly takes a larger portion of profits. SM also has good music and I'm really drawn in by that

JYP. Even though the company overworks their idols, it's safer in the long term. They have a good plan for future of the company. I would put my safety working as an idol and maintaing a stable job (which is very scarce, esepcially in the music industry) over everything else.

SM does seem tempting though...

I would go to YG without all the recent scandals ... maybe i would go even with scandals

I still believe they are best place for artist, their pay is most fair, unlike SM they haven't sued any former artists nor they have been sued by artist, they don't prevent former artists careers unlike SM and JYP have done, you won't be overworked and success is almost guaranteed, lot of holidays and netflix, dating is ok and you won't be kicked, they have your back with scandals.. the company is mess, but it's haven for idols as long as you don't expect to have comebacks often. So couple hit songs, get paid fairly, then take it easy for a year..

I will be in a talented group and even if I might not promote all year I won't be left jobless! As time goes on I will also be able to try my hand at acting etc. More than that, SM also gives me hope for a long lasting career!

Constant work, creative imput. Not as much fandom following as SM or digital prominence as YG but enough of both. Friendlier working environment

Non of the 3 are that great in terms of female solos tho

SM of course! As someone said, they have the best track record for boy groups and I'll be get to participate in SM Town concerts with SNSD and SHINee.

Actually YGE has (had?) its advantages. They give a lot of freedom to those who have talent to produce their own material and the share of profits artist-company is good. The issue comes with the management, promotions and inconsistency of their releases.

SM. I like their music and aesthetics. I like that their idols have long lasting careers. I like how they are able to hive jobs to almost everyone from variety show jobs to acting. They have good solo artists that started from groups.The only negative they have is being overworked in your rookie years. I can deal with that. I don’t think their pay is low like others state.I have seen all the useless expensive things Chanyeol buys so I think the pay is fine.
