Dear Monster in the Mirror,

I now see the things you don't want me to see and I can't stand it.
All of the Wonderful things you've shown me in the past now flew away, revealing the monster I never expected to find.
Your eyes used to gleam brightly with the lights of a haven I felt safe in.
Now, they are shaded over, blocking me out of my safe place and pushing me into the monstrous shadows.
I've tried to cover the monster with pretty shades, but the monster always shown through.
I can't find a way to cast my eyes in the water again.

Therefore, I must run.
