News Fruits Basket remake's season 2 announced (1 Viewer)

Fruits Basket that had it's first remake season this summer announced at the end of first seasons last episode (aired yesterday) that it's going to have second season in 2020. This is big news since the original anime of Fruits Basket that was aired in 2001 only had one season and created anime only ending that different from the manga to give abrupt end for the story.

There is still no information for exact month and day the second season starts airing, but i'm just glad it likely won't be even year wait between seasons, exactly what i hoped for. Also can't wait, end of S1 teased with some characters that before had only been anime only so i'm just stoked to see them during next season. Especially best girl Rin

You should watch the remake, it's been rly good (and they have been changing stuff to follow manga more closely so it's not exact copy either).

This is news to me. Didn't even know they were doing a remake of FB. But given how it was 2001. Now it doesn't surprise me.
And abrupt, rushed endings aren't good. (glad this is getting the makeover it deserves).

It has first season just this summer and that covered what 2001 anime did with some changes to be more loyal to the manga. And now it's continuing from there ^^
