Periods kind of stop that from being a thing....ok you know what I'm going to show myself out.

For me...

I have these heat packs that stick to your skin, so I stick those all over the achy spots.
I eat nutella straight out of the jar
I complain and curl up in fetal position whenever I can

and finally I take some ibuprofen

Usually I just suffer from the back pain. I mean of course I'd use pain relievers and a heating pad, but sometimes it doesn't help.

I am on my period right now and deep down I wish I got pregnant instead. At least I wouldn’t have to worry about anything if I had a baby since my country has a really great benefit system for mothers and I could stay home 1.5 years while getting paid because I work. LOL.

Any kinda cramp or pressure I either get a hot water bottle or do a plank or I plank over a hot water bottle. I find planking can be the most effective when it actually works but most of the time neither solution tend to do much but it still makes me feel better emotionally knowing that I tried. Period pain is just ur uterus tryna collapse in on itself so literally anything that might help relax that muscle is your best bet i.e. trying to keep your core as stretched out as you can (no fetal positions or curling up sorry), using heat to relax the muscle and a pain medication that works for you. If all this doesnt work then nothing will, just gotta swap ur uterus with someone whos lucky and dont get cramps.

It's been over a year, so I celebrate not getting it any more. Before I hit that stage, it was so bad that I was put on Lupron-Depo to stop my periods from coming at all.

Painkillers, ibuprofen to be exact. Works like magic.

Other than that, lying on bed and moving as less as possible. But definitely ibuprofen if i want to get out of the bed.

I spend hours on the bed trying to find a comfortable way to sleep so it hurts less
I get really bad periods so the doctor prescribed me tablets. I think they're actually birth control tablets but apparently it stops me from losing too much blood and reduces the pain as well.
I also binge eat chocolate. That helps a lot.
