So I finally paid off my phone. Everything about it works except the fact that the battery drains ridiculously quickly. Depending on the app I use, it almost dies within 3-5 hours which is super inconvenient to someone who uses their phone constantly (including for work).

So would you just put up with it or would you cave and buy a new one?

First of al make certian all your apps are closed. Most phones you hold an icon and have an option to "put to sleep". For Iphones google it. That actually completely shuts off the app from draining your battery. Contrary to belief just closing an app doesn't always completely shut it off. Pokemon Go is one huge violate of this.

Step two: Let your phone completely die, then completely recharge it before use.

Step three: When these fail just get a new phone

Can you change only the battery for it? I know almost all the phones recently have non-removable battery which kinda sucks.

I hate spending money so I would just deal with it, but if It's a real hassle for you then I would buy a new one.

Do you have Wifi, Mobile Data or Location always turned on? Some co-workers do but I feel like it drains my battery if I do it so I just enable them when necessary.

I use a land line , so i am not much help.

Changed to a LG and only changed again because my G4 fell in the sea, rip

Newest samsungs have better battery than that antiquity though
