Ok have fun and be realistic all at the same time
understand we are all from different places so views arent all the same!
be kind :D

for me:

1. You cant become a trainee [for being a idol] before the age of 7
as a 7 year old has a reasonable amount of understanding of whats going on
I think any younger is purely for the parents not the child

2. Health check ups on monthly basis
as it a known thing that company's stop idols seeing a doctor
i think it should be law that idols have to see a in house doctor at least once a month
[or a normal doctor if a small doctor]
and i think any official can ask for random times for proff that they been sending there idols...

2.5 if not sent to the doctor
I believe if a idol isnt sent to the doctor monthly this should affect the terms of a contract
meaning if said idol wants to leave the company it would help that due to health reasons
This would make company's force idols to go to the doctor what would be a improvement

3. I think the debut age minimum should be 9 << hear me out
BUT the age should affect the contract
If you debut at:
9 max contract time is 2 years
10 - 3 years
11 - 4 years
12 - 5 years
13- 6 years
14+ - 7 years

as there will always be random super young idols but if there a safety net for when they get a little older and may change there minds
it would be a improvement to what we have now
plus it would make company's wanting a kid to be a little older and make them want to enjoy there time as a idol

4. They age of the idol should affect the amount of comebacks also
9-11 no more than one comeback a year
- with one overlapping job
[tv show etc]
12-13 two comebacks
- with two over lapping jobs
14+ no rules

5. mental health check ups is a must in every company
every company must have a specialist no matter what

+ this specialist skills will affect the age of trainees they can have in the company
if they dont specialise in child care
no children in the company

6. personal life
i think there should be 4 weeks of every year where a idol cant be on any social media etc or work
pre recorded stuff is ok
but 4 weeks of every year doesn't matter if this is broken up
the idol cant work
[cant be broken up into hour minimum is days]
if 4 weeks has not been achieve this will affect the contract

7. affect on the contract
10 strike system
as i have said in previous laws breaking certain laws will affect the contract
if 10 strikes has happened the idol can end the contract if they wish
and the company will get a fine having to pay to the idol due to the affects on the idols life
[average wage for one year of Seoul {not minimum just average}]

I've seen people stating this is already in place but I'm not sure
-Any minor signed to an agency can terminate their contract without any fines or penalties

-Companies cannot influence or affect an idols career once they leave agency. This includes mediaplay or media manipulation, influencing agencies from working with them, etc
-More humane conditions for managers is just as important as it is for idols.
-Any agency that is caught brokering or encouraging sponsorships will be charged with human trafficking and their artists given a window to terminate their contracts
-If an agency does not adequately provide the means for a group to succeed, those idols do not have to repay their debts once they leave

Minors cant leave at any time right now...
eastlight for example members being under 16 and being abused
[they are out now due to literal proff of manager hitting one of the minors with a baseball bat]

and agree with all your laws

I'd personally add transparency about money. Money is big issue for most idols and lot of them don't even get paid anything in their career. Some ex-idols have talked about it, how there was no transparency from the company and company just took all the money from concerts, appearances, cvs etc. and then maybe transferred some to idols account eventually but without idols knowledge how much the company even got from their appearance somewhere and did they get paid fairly at all.

So I'd say the contracts need to include clear divisions of money so idols rly get paid the percentage they are supposed to, it should also include notions of trainee's debt: how big it is, how it's paid back etc. Like there is just tons of contract issues idols have that rly affect to their wellbeing not only mentally, but also physically cause they often don't have money to eat.

I 100% AGREE
i think a minimum wage for idols need to be put in place also what the debt cant affect
as they have money to get simple items [period stuff, stamps or phone credit]

I think one option that should be available is the option to negotiate for a better contract when you've paid the trainee debt as if a group pay it in like 2 years then they've still got over half the contract left.

Yes definitely. I'm not biggest fan of trainee debt even, but as long as it's paid from earnings artist make it's not too bad. But even with the trainee debt in place, one part of earnings should go to artist.
