Chan is #1 because of his amazing support he provides. As the judges on "The Unit" said, he is able to pull the vocals together tighter and support others with harmonies etc. and besides that his crystal clear voice and how he can change between soft and powerful is great.

Donghun would be #1 but there is one big reason why not, he often gets high notes he has to hit out of the blue (see 5TAR) instead of building up to them and he just has to train more to be able to hit those nicely, so far they have been really strainy and jarring to listen to. I still think his peak vocals so far have been on MixNine and his parts on the cover of "Love In The Ice" or even as a OT5 cover he has been killing it.

Jun is pretty much on the same level as Donghun, both of them are more or less the power vocal kinds, having to hit the high notes where as Chan as I already said provides the support and foundation for others which is a great skill to have as a main vocal as well.

Wow being at the bottom doesn't mean he's bad, in the contrary, he's just as an awesome vocalist. He can hit the low notes none of the other members can he just hasn't been used often enough to showcase his vocal skills.
Same with Byeongkwan, he's just as awesome as the others, if you heard him in Take Me Higher and Under Cover you know this boy can sing as great as he can do everything else.
