While I'm at college I have to do work experience but it has to be related to the course we're on.

Like I don't know what I'm meant to because we're would I do work experience for photography.

Do you mean like intership? You could ask from college professor in charge of it, at least for us when we had to do intership at my uni our professors sent us offers from companies etc., i got mine that way.

There might be sth open in the college too where you could apply? You can also look at what positions is offered about photography or you could call on photograph shops around your area if they would be interested of hiring intern?

Possibly a studio,and darkroom. Some places I know do take on photographers as interns. You just need to go ask around or talk to your college to see how to go about an internship. But many colleges also have photographers for their promotional and activities on campus. Maybe ask if they have them any available on your campus c:

We haven't been told much but other courses have. All I know is that I need to find a place for work experience for 2 weeks and need to write down the hours I worked.

I really need to ask someone about it.

That sounds like bit of job practice, but we only had that in junior high, two weeks in some company. But i'm sure you will get more information on it ^^

I was meant to do it last year but the school I went to decided that they didn't want us to do because they would have to let us be off school for two weeks and they'd rather have us getting ready for our GCSEs which I didn't mind really
