I've just read up and it says you can apply for presale without an army membership as well.

Personally I don't like the idea of presales, none of the information for anything is in one place and it's so confusing, it's so easy for someone to read the wrong source or misread something because of how all over the place it is that it could make a lot of people miss out. They need to release this information just as clearly as they release the tour date info, a tab on the bighit website would be nice.
