If you could make an idol group ... (2 Viewers)

[Michael]

Assuming you have the necessary contacts and financial resources...

Where would you go to do it? Korea? Japan? China? Somewhere else? Where?
Group or band?
What would your audience be? would you go after the general audience or rather would you go for a niche?
Boygroup? Girlgroup? Co-ed?
Musical genres? Concept?
If a band, instruments? vocals?
If a group, vocals? dancers? anything else?
Would it be indie? would you found a company? Would you do something else? What?
What would be your role? group member? producer? CEO? something else?
If you'd be a group member, what would be your role in it?
How would you recruit your group? auditions? would you look for them on the streets? ads? or maybe friends/contacts?

Name of the group?
subunits if any?
how would you describe each subunit?
