There is no basis or incredibly weak ones for the "Blackpink stole 2ne1's songs" argument and most of the time, it's just them claiming any song that they happen to like or that did well. The Future 2ne1 and Pink Punk projects were around for years before the final lineup was officially introduced, a song existing before BP's debut doesn't automatically mean it was designated as a 2ne1 song


2nd of all, even if it is true, so what? Those songs are Teddy's, songs being moved around and given to other artists within a company is nothing new. 2ne1 would have been too old to sing some of those songs anyway

Misinformation spreads faster than the truth and most people wouldn't know to look for 10 year-old bside. People already see Blackpink as 2ne1 2.0 so nobody would be surprised if they were getting the leftovers.
They tried to claim that Forever Young was 2ne1 song because of the leaked demo too.

i completely agree! not to generalize but so many bitter blackjacks come around every time blackpink comes back claiming that it's just a bunch of 2ne1 reject songs and im always like:

like 2ne1 disbanded 4 years ago, and its time for blackjacks to move on from this petty bullshit... lmao and blackpink would have debuted anyways, whether or not 2ne1 disbanded...
