I assume by change in concept, it means their look/visuals, not sound. That's probably what they meant be "...Dreamcatcher's new world".

DC is going to tell a different story now, leaving the Horror concept behind. I'd be surprised if they did change sound, as DC members have said multiple times they always want to keep their rock sound.

I'm looking forward to their comeback and new concept/story.

Yes, it's linked to their new story :). But I'm not sure if it will feature on their new album.

It will be a different sound based on what DC will comeback with though, based on the info given. She may do a ballad or something.

What I would love to happen personally is all of the members released their own solo before a group comeback and every solo release is connected to this new story, so not only will they be getting their own solo, but they would all have a chance to become main focus of the story as well.
Would anyone else want this to happen, or am I just dreaming? Lol

Each member telling their part of a new story with their own solo (Like Loona did pre-debut).

All members of DC have a really nice voice, with distinct colours. Seeing and hearing each member represent their own main character in the story would be so good.
