I sleep around 6-7 hours on workdays... I always regret in the morning because I am not a morning person

I try to get 7-9 hours since I feel refreshed in the morning with that amount
But I usually end up getting around 4-6 because it takes me forever to sleep smh

I need my 8 hours beauty sleep to even have the cacapacity to face the rest of the human race. It’s the difference between the uwuest angel and the unspeakable monster despising any civilization within me.

But I can sleep between 6-9 hours also. It depends.
