Seolhyun recently posted pictures of her smiling in New York, but instead of positive feedback, she's been receiving a slew of angry comments onlinecondemning her for making an update in the midst of the crisis.

I’m not saying that the Knetz are right but I can understand why they are commenting like that.

I have family and friends in Daegu (where the outbreak in Korea is )
And I am worried and very scared
Everytime I’m doing something I feel guilty and I think about them.

What can you do about it though? Not live your life? People should make the most of their life as we only get one.

The media are manipulating us, yet there is nothing we can do about the viruses other than live this one life we have here on earth.

Shit happens constantly in every country; some things are just talked about more than others. So are we supposed to just live in a constant state of worrying about every single thing and not being able to enjoy yourself?

I honestly don’t know what they expect her to do. While it’s a huge issue, tragedies occur everyday and we do not mourn them all. Not everyone will be impacted the same way and it’s unfair to give her that burden. I didn’t see other celebrities being hated on like this (and I’m not saying they should either). It’s just really unfair for her not to enjoy her life for something out of her control.
The hate should be redirected towards projects and intervention that will alleviate the virus’ effects.
