Grace is amazing! She appeared on Unpretty Rapstar season 3 if I remember rightly.

[NanoX]

1. Soyeon

The real fire is on UR3

Spoiler: Unpretty Rapstar Compilation.

2. LE

3. Yeeun

Edit: I have to start making compilations myself, never find good videos...

[KurdishLuvie]

i can't say anyone other than kween CL

[Baechu]

Soyeon will be my number 1 female rapper forever

[dooh]

@NanoX Soyeon is definitly in my top 3

[margoto]

LE
Jessi
CL

[Dwragon]

Soyeon and Yeeun are definitely in my top3.

[Lemonz]

Well, Soyeon's my bias and my personal favorite but if I'm being honest with myself...

1. LE
2/3. Miryo
2/3. Soyeon

I don't know if I would place Soyeon above LE or Miryo just yet, but I think she's in that top tier with them. There's a few others that I think are up there like Yezi, Yeeun, and maybe Exy. I'll have to look into MiSo's stuff since I'm unfamiliar. A lot of people say CL too but I always felt she was a better performer than she was purely as a rapper, but maybe I'll have to revisit her raps.

edit: I just realized you were asking for top 3 in Korean music, not just K-pop. That... changes things. Now I have to think where people like Yoonmirae, Tymee, Yook Jidam, and others fit in... I usually separate k-hiphop and k-pop rappers in my head...

yeah it was UR3.

[yeji]

1. Miryo
2. LE
3. 3.EXY

[tough I would have picked Moonbyul somewhere too]

[spacebanana]

Yezi and Jessi are top 2, I haven't really decided on who comes after that. So many go for that petulant child style and I'm just really not into it. Grace sounds good, need to look into her stuff :o

[Administrator2]

Hyeran from Brave Girls will stay the supreme underrated rapper.

[mirella]

Groups.

1. Miryo
2. LE
3. Yezi/Soyeon

honorable mentions: Yubin, Moonbyul, Exy

Since you said “in Korean music”:

1. Yoon Mi-rae
2. Choi Sam
3. Tymee

honorable mentions: Jessi, Cheetah

Here’s Tymee, I know her delivery is not strong in this but she has good flow:

— There are other smaller female rappers I like but they’re more focused on their music and singing, rapping is just another outlet for them. And frankly speaking I like their music and singing better than their rap.
