I just feel like everything is an effort making friends, talking to people, getting up each day pretending to be happy when I haven't been happy and felt miserable for many years.

I don't know anymore. I've seen death so many times, I just take life as casual joke
and don't see it as anything more than a dream within a dream.
I will wake up one day and it will all be erased.
