For example, when I was in college I'd have the same dream before the semester where I miss the whole first week because I thought the 2nd week was the start of the semester.

Last night I had a dream I was going to be over an hour late to my first day of work.

I remember one recent instance. I dreamt that my friend's birthday was one day earlier than I had prepared for it.

Not often, but i have had couple of those where i miss something as well. Like this was during summer holiday, but I had dream that i missed my high school's national exam xd I was so scared when I woke up, but then realized it was summer and months away from exam date xd

Yep. I had a dream where I had failed all my exams 2 years into the future. It's 2 years later and I'm about to do those exams. Let's hope I dont fail them
