"The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has been postponed over coronavirus concerns, multiple sources with direct knowledge of the situation have confirmed. Dates will be shifted from the weekends of April 10th and 17th to the weekends of October 9th and 16th. Representatives for Coachella did not respond to requests for comment."

Yeah i guess with the covid virus still around, it would be a good idea to postpone, at-least till the end of the year where possible vaccines for the virus is viable to be distributed.

Yes i am looking forward to that, this might postpone BP and BB comeback to end of year. People will still get mad at YG of-course, but its not their fault.

I do wonder how it'll affect YG because they aren't really doing anything as iKon had their comeback in February and while Blackpink has been postponed like 3 times now, Somi was rumoured to comeback this month as well and nothing as well as Big Bang before Coachella which nothing also and Winner for April I think as well which also has nothing.

Seems like YG might just stop all together until the virus is at least less of a problem than it is now which I agree with somewhat but I think unpromoted digital singles would be a good idea since who knows how long the coronavirus will stick around

Yeah they need something out at-least, but with the virus issue, there wont be a guaranteed amount of success in any release & that is what YG is known for mostly, they will only bring something out if there is a chance to make money.

YG has already had flops with Winner and iKon though, it's just really Blackpink and Big Bang who have a good track record and well if say at best the coronavirus dies out during the Summer which is the earliest time it could then Blackpink will be coming close to a 1 and a half year hiatus.

Idk how old your nieces and nephews are but the virus doesn't do well with young people unlike the flu, it's old people who it gets the most

But with this strategy, I don't see BP doing an unpromoted digital single. BB did it before with both If You and Flower Road, so it would have to be a very sentimental song to be a BB digi-single.
