Ok so I looked into it and a Seo Hyun Joo owns the trademarks for Cravity.
Neither SA ITAINMENT nor Starship own the trademark unless Seo Hyun Joo is part of one of their companies tho I doubt it (they would trademark it under their company's name)
Cravity can't be used by both to make a profit of off it. Fandom name is ok as there is little to none profit made from the trademark, but a group is very different.
Either they have to change the name or they have to pull a BigHit and bully the trademark holder to abandon the name
