I don't think anyone is looking at Luna considering it could just be her real name and there are idols with the same name like 2 Yujus, 2 Chaeyoungs, 3 Jisoos, etc.

but even then, the girl for the month thing shouldn't be exclusively Loonas, yeah they definitely popularized it, but having Loona be the only GG or Group in general who would be "allowed" to have done this concept in the past or for the future seems silly to me.

Think about it this way:
Super Junior-KRY was the first ever sub-unit in kpop. Now, there are a bunch of sub-units. Should we cancel all those groups because KRY were the first and are the only ones to allow it?
No, no one says "b-but KRY are the only ones allowed to have a sub-unit as they were the first"


I see it as a compliment tbh. Clearly the company found it a good idea and wanted to use it too. Also, there have been a lot of similar cases in very nugu groups (a lot of members get colors or animals, heck AWEEK has a member in charge for each day.)

This is the 3rd day in a row that I see fandoms coming for nugu girl groups. People have to be calm for a second and breathe.
The name is similar to Mamamoo but they are in their full right to use it unless Mamamoo's company or another company trademarked it.

If this is the case, then you have to look at the groups with 'Pink' in it: Blackpink, Apink, PinkFantasy, etc.
