(sorry for all these weirdo threads, I have too many thoughts/feelings and too much time today lol....)

so anyway, have you ever felt like you basically don't exist? Sounds weird, but what I mean is.. have you ever gotten that numb, felt like no one really knows you or wants to, maybe like you're invisible.. ? In this world, people are as countless as the stars and of course you meet many of them throughout your life... but how many of them are able to see you for who you truly are? Maybe it's just me, but do you ever get scared that no one will ever bother to take a proper look at you? ask to hear the story of your life? care to understand your heart..? something like that..... uhh that could honestly be my worst fear..

I used to have that feeling a lot. The feeling that no one truly cared for me, it was all fake smiles and fake gestures. I was so paranoid that everyone hated me, that I was secretly being mocked behind everyone's back. I can't say that I've shook that feeling off from time to time, but it's definitely gotten better. I've come to understand how important I am to my friends, the same way they are so important to me.

As for feeling invisible, I feel that all the time. It's very easy to miss me so I do often get ignored. But I take it in my stride and work twice as hard to make sure that my thoughts don't get ignored. I guess I've also gotten used to it in a way.

I might have a bit of an opposite problem, or mindset...
I think I'm ancient, as old as the universe and non-existence is impossible as it would break the fabric of reality.
So, not only do you exist, but you're essential and fundamental to the existence itself.

Yeah, I feel that a lot. Sometimes my question isn't even if I exist, but if my life has any importance to the world, if my existence has any meaning and, most of all, if I'm gone someday, will it really matter to anyone

I felt that way for about a year straight
especially the numbness
also i really get the sense of smallness whenever stop and look at the trees on a walk
their size and the size of the road just really impresses upon me how small i am
and walking down the street in a crowded city will consistently give me the knowledge that i am an ant in this world

awh deep words, my friend...... <3 I can't seem to escape the feeling that I am small either tbh and it's such a sabotaging thing, it's hard to even explain it.. like.. inside one little seemingly unimportant human, there can be an infinite world of pain.. it feels so unfair.. but we must remember it's just one side of things... there are good things to, it can be achieved..

i felt like this once, but quite in a different way. by that i meant i felt like i literally don't exist. it was in 2018 when i was in the movie theatre and the commercials before the movie started were incredibly long and i didn't want to use my phone because of its low battery level so i was just looking around at all the people in this huge room and i had this weird thought "how is it possible that they're all at the same time and place as i am" and i started questioning everything around. i was wondering what if we, as in the people in this room and everyone i saw on the way there, are just a part of someone's imagination or something

i still don't know what happened with me that day, but with that being said i really disliked the movie that i went to see that day so if i indeed stopped existing for these 2 and a half hours (if you count the commercials) i wouldn't mind lmao
