It’s kind of interesting because none of the W1 members had stage names and a lot of times they are called by their full name which is something you really don’t see with most idols. Like at this point, they even debut solo with their full names, because that’s how public knows them. It would be confusing to me if they came up with a stage name that wasn’t their first name but then again there are plenty of idols who share same name, like Jihoon or Woojin, so using last name is a must, if you want to stand out. Plus my boy Daniel, if he were just called Daniel, it’d be so much harder to find anything about him and Teen Top’s Daniel’s stage name is already Niel, which is a nickname they both share.
