How are you with stress management? Do you feel stressed now? Can you handle stress or do you have breakdowns?

I am stressed af, I manage stress very poorly, I shake, breakdown, cry

I'm super stressed now because my teachers have started piling on tons of hw when they said they wouldn't assign any so :((

Aww hun, don't stress too much, teachers are humans, they understand the situation. Mine keep assuring me that my mental health is more important and I'm doing a master. So I'm sure yours will understand the circumstances too

I’ll hold my emotions in for a while but after some time I’ll break down. It’s a bad cycle and honestly probably makes it harder than it needs to be. Sometimes I’ll feel so overwhelmed I’ll just drop a cup and it’ll send me into a sobbing fit.
