As someone who doesn't usually follow GG's, they never stood out to me, Puzzle Moon went over my head, whatever they had after too and like they have pretty sluggish music while I like fast stuff.

My nope tier is essentially "I'd better not put them anywhere or someone will riot" as well as I dislike most things they've released so they'd be at the very bottom if I had made a bottom tier. Unlike Twice and Loona, they haven't improved over time, quite the opposite...
