I always wanted to try this but my roommates didn't let me sleep soon because of their noise. Now that i'm at home and jobless maybe it's a great idea because 5am sounds like the most peaceful time ever and many successful people (and youtubers 👀 ) do that

I'm always more alert and aware of my surroundings when I wake up for school before the alarm, I'm not cranky in the morning

I love waking up early, it makes me feel like I'm making the most out of my day. Though it can become problematic to my sleep schedule considering I normally stay up very late too.

well there's no "normally" for me because I work in shifts plus my insomnia, so it depends and my sleeping is just all over the place. But yeah, I didn't mean that I don't wake up early, I often do but I don't like it much

I just feel exhausted in the morning like I shouldn't be awake, regardless of whether I just pulled an all nighter or if I woke up early after a good night's sleep
