I like both the song and MV, it's probably one of my favourite songs from (G)I-DLE (I still prefer Latata though).
My only complaint is that I wish it didn't end so abruptly.

This is so true though, no one would question it if it was in a male POV and it's like when people tried to say that Chuu's MV Heart Attack isn't gay or that Wheein's Goodbye isn't gay or other MV's that have gay lyrics to it but like I said before, if it was a male POV or if they were singing about a male, then no one would be arguing about it:

Someone said that the lyrics were in a succubus POV, so they are feasting on a female and that's why they taste like honey lmfao
If the lyrics say "You may be poison, But sure as hell taste like honey" it means they are eating between a girls legs lmao
It's unbelievably sexual and for a title track in Kpop, it's so gutsy! I mean, Sunmi has lgbtq songs that has a woman having sex with another woman, but that was a B-side lol
I think Dreamcatcher's brother group D1ce had a gay sex lyric in, though I forgotten if it was in their title track or one of their b-sides.

I also agree that it wouldn't sound as good if it was sung with male pronouns, so it's not just you lol

An (G)I-DLE Comeback is enough for me to come back!

That said I followed them since K/DA and I have to say I am slightly disappointed with this song as I was with Seniorita.
This song had so much more potential and has some really great parts (i.e. Minnie intro, Miyeon & Yuqis preochorus), some good parts (soojin's solo, sojeon after the intro, shuhua's part) some okayish parts (soyeons rap (only okay, because it did not feel totally organic in this song) and finally the chorus that wasn't bad, but felt mostly lackluster. I am disappointed to see Shuhua only at minute 2:20 and in the lack of screentime and singing time for Yuqi & Miyeon also. It gets kinda boring that Soyeon arranges their voices mostly the same in the most recent songs: Big part & into often Minnie, Soyeon gets an early part and a rap, miyeon and yuqi get prechorus or chorus and swap roles in second verse (always 2 verses), soojin and shuhua always get a solo highlight, with soojin getting small parts on other occasions. I'd love for them to utilize Miyeon's und Yuqi's voices more, because there parts intrigued me the most and sadly were the shortest. Although I din't like all the transitions and the song sounded a bit disjointed to me, but not as much as dalladalla. so DallaDalla from itzy grew on me with the time, so the sasme could happen for this song. The song is good, but not as good as it could be or as their best songs (Hann, Lion, Latata, Uh-Oh).


Overall I like the song 7-7,5/10, I adore the music video 9/10 and I love the group 10/10. My favourite new song is atm Luv U.

I loved the song, but I agree with you in how Idle songs are structured. Line distribution isn't bad now per-say (seeing as Shuhua gets a respectful amount compared to before), but hopefully there is more variety in how songs are structured in future title tracks.
