No.. If enough time has passed between you, closure happened and feelings have settled and dissapated I don't view it as weird...

..however Considering I'm friends with most my exes cause we had good friendships before our relationships. .. One of which I didn't see for a good 8 years after we broke up (not because we didn't want to see each other more because life, I got engaged and had a baby, he went to Australia for a bit). So I have a different view on it I suppose.

Then that's difficult not weird just very difficult. It's something that has to be addressed first and foremost. You have no control over their feelings and they have no control over yours.
Personally if I was in that particular situation, I would draw the line and say I'd hang out with them only as a friend but the minute they overstep that boundary, we can not be friends because they would only be hurting themselves on top of that I'd feel bad because the more time we'd spend together as friends the more likely those feelings will fester and grow for them which will possibly lead to a massive fall out in the end.
Although the nearest thing I've had to a stituation like that would be with platonic friends who I've never dated, but I'm usually oblivious to it and when it comes out, I just shut them down and we go back to normal cause they rather have me as a friend than not at all
... But then that's just my friends really.

Short answer would be do what feels right to you but remember to draw the boundaries.
