How do you celebrate Easter? Are you eating something special, spending it with family?

I'm Christian Orthodox so I celebrate Easter next week, but I organized a small Easter hunt for my bf and baked a sheet cake. As for next week, I plan to cook some traditional dishes and maybe bake something again, but I won't celebrate with my family since I am living in another country.

Not much tbh, I usually buy Mignon-egg, its type of easter egg which is egg shell filled with chocolate. And that's it ^^;

My grandma would come but with the whole Coronavirus situation she won't so we'll send her some food to eat with my uncle (she has memory loss so there is a chance that she doesn't even remember it's Easter next Sunday so we cook for her)

Well not only is she family but we also love her. Plus she has been taking care of us when we were kids. it'd be a crime to let her do whatever she can all by herself. After all she's been through and she has done for us she deserves the best care in the world

Lately we just get regular easter eggs and a happy easter from the fam, we used to do easter egg hunts every other year at my nan's house tho. She stopped holding events like easter and christmas tho when my grandad died since it's a lot of work even for two elderly people, let alone one. She's been starting to do stuff again now tho with the help of my aunt, we might've even had a family get together again if covid-19 wasn't around
