No they're probably dried cranberries or some other dark fruits. Although theres a lot of variations and everyone makes it to their personal taste so maybe they did decide to add some.

I was joking around with my friend and pretending that I'll stick my key in his nose but he suddenly moved his head and so the key actually went into his nose a little which caused him to pull his head back and hit it against the wall
