NCT Dream’s future album promotions and team system will be newly reorganized.

First of all, following the release of NCT Dream’s new album on April 29, after these album promotions, there will be a change in the system of the members graduating after becoming 20-years-old. The current members will not graduate, and including original member Mark, the seven members will carry out activities in a format like NCT U with the team name NCT Dream.

Furthermore, NCT Dream’s Renjun, Jeno, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung will join as members of new NCT teams that will be launched in the future based on the directions of their activities, and they will carry out global promotions.

We express deep gratitude to the fans who show lots of support for NCT Dream, and we ask for continuous love and support for NCT Dream and the members.

it changing to rotational

so members wont leave the unit
but wont be in every comeback

SM has their priorities WRONG.
There are people out there banding together writing awful stuff about NCT members and we have been spamming their emails for months now and we get nothing. TYongF's are mad cuz SM ruined Taeyong's image and don't promote him at all (they never said a word about his collab with Kocca Clothing and boy spends his days writing songs and they promise him he'll be able to release them "some time")

Glad that Dream is fixed but this should not be a priority. This could easily wait for another few weeks. People are dragging the members and making false rumors around them cuz they know they get away with it.

all 2000 members should of graduated ages ago
renjun was meant to graduate last year
it was causing massive arguments within the fan base...

but sm a big enough company to sort everything

with how many nct members and units there are they need to reallly have there own teams etc for this to work properly
they treat sm as 1 group and it ridiculous and reckless

give 5 members there own management & team
nct is somewhat a group of solo artist so

members in superm + 1 other member = 1 team

jaemin jeno jisung renjun chenle = 1 team

etc

I like this solution more than any other I have come up with.
Just making Dream straight up permanent would cause problems.
Not to mention I would REALLY like to see the Dreamies in other units too.

I like this solution a LOT.

sort of, but imo it would've been nice to just debut the current dream lineup to a new unit or something instead of making Dream into practically U 2.0. the original concept of Dream was not a bad idea at all and a good way to introduce new trainees. i like OT7 Dream a lot and might not pay as much attention to NCT as I used to, but idk how to feel about this

Taking legal action and drawing a clear line on the sand for fans and saesangs messes with the "powered by fandoms" thing that's been their signature for over a decade
