I have been too passive on PassCode and I've just been posting about this on the official thread. PassCode is having an upcoming comeback. I still don't know the date; but the song has been chosen to open a new drama called "Meteorite Family". Here is the announcement made on twitter.

And this is the trailer for the drama. The background music is their new song, "Starry Sky".

WAIT WHAT THERE WILL BE A DRAMA WITH IT TOO?

That sounds very exciting! Any scene with that song seems like it'd be emotionally or energy-packed, intriguing :llama_ramen:

Yes, the drama already began airing; even before the song was released. I wish I could watch it; but I don't know Japanese, and I don't know whether or not it can be watched internationally.

Ah, that makes sense. Hopefully there can be translations of some sort soon
Are you studying Japanese btw?

I still feel like I'm going too slow.
Language fluency takes a rather invested amount of time, so don't stress about how fast you learn, especially with Japanese or Chinese.
I'm not fluent in either but I could try to help you if you have questions, if you want. I'm better help with Korean honestly, since that's the one I'm studying

Yeah, I know; yet I wish I could go much faster.

Thank you. I actually began with Korean; but switched to Japanese because (1) most of the groups that interest(*) me are Japanese, and (2) Korean groups are generally more accessible to western audiences, so there is less need. So I judged Japanese to be more needed by me.

BTW, are you Asian?

(*) By that time, I was interested on only two Korean groups; Dreamcatcher and Bursters. Whether or not Bursters could be called idols is debateable. I know they don't like to be called so; and they are a rock band. Yet they perform on music shows along with idols, so I use to consider them as "semi-idols" if you grasp my meaning. Well, anyway, I dropped Dreamcatcher from stanning them to casually follow them, because their last Korean comeback disappointed me. Whether or not their next Korean comeback will restore them is still left to be seen. I am still a Bursters casual fan; but Bursters could climb to stanning status. Their strongest contender for that position is Neo Japonism, a Japanese idol rock group.

I understand what you mean, it's sometimes frustrating, but it's okay.
That's a good choice for language.

I'm Cuban with Spaniard, Jamaican, and Chinese in my bloodline. So, yes, by blood I'm Asian, as well as Afro-Latina. I don't remember, but I feel like I answered this before lol
When was their last comeback? I heard Wonderland before; Dreamcatcher is decent, still new to me mostly. The industry seems to get better every year, so hopefully they can adapt a better comeback if it truly wasn't that good as you say. I've never heard of Bursters before; but they sound interesting. I was unaware of groups like them before. Neo Japonism is really cool so far :)))

Yeah, it's possible. I think I asked this to someone; maybe it was you.

Ohh, it was one the best according to most inSomnia, I think. My problem is that they changed their main sound, from hard rock to EDM. Their main sound was the chief reason I stanned them although they had released many non-rock bsides. I currently only listened to their rock songs. So I got disappointed.

Bursters is a Korean rock band. I love their sound and style. Here are a few of their videos.

I get asked often irl and online - it's common enough that it's chill - I grew up very multi-culturally

Woah, their sound was very beautiful; I hope their vocals haven't changed drastically despite the genre change. I suppose I'll just have to listen to that comeback to see the difference. That same thing happened to me when I used to listen to EXO. The sound after the China-line left wasn't the same.

I'll add the songs to a playlist I have of new music - They will also be listed under artists I have to look into, thank you! :llama_wave:

I knew about Dreamcatcher on August 2017 and was a casual fan until they released this:

I then began stanning them until this:

It's not a bad song; but it took away what to me made Dreamcatcher Dreamcatcher.

You are welcome!
