I love cheese but if I eat it I don't feel well so I'm in between

Fun fact: Lactose in-tolerate people can eat goat cheese. And because the goat milk's protein is differnt protein then cows it means chances are it won't make the tummy upset. Another fun fact: Goat cheese is great for dieting because it helps fill up a person faster with little cheese
